Shipping policy

Every Fur & Fuel Co. item is printed to order by our fulfillment partner (Printify and its US print providers), then shipped straight to you. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses where the carrier allows. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

Production time

Because each item is made just for you, it needs to be printed before it ships. Production typically takes 2–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During the holiday rush, production can take longer, so please order early.

After your order is printed, standard US shipping typically takes 2–5 business days.

These are estimates from our fulfillment partner, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak-season volume can add time. Orders with several items may ship in more than one package from different print facilities, so you might get separate tracking numbers.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart. Typical US standard rates:

Holiday order cutoff dates

Want it under the tree (or on the dog)? Place your order by these dates for delivery within the US by December 25, while supplies and carrier schedules allow:

Cutoff dates are our best estimate based on our fulfillment partner's and carriers' published holiday timelines. Holiday volume, weather and carrier delays outside our control can still affect delivery, so earlier is always safer.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime using the link in your order confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 5 business days to show its first scan after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before your order enters production (see our Refund & Return Policy). We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address that you provided. If an order is returned because of an address problem, reshipping costs are your responsibility.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your US order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or it arrives damaged, email furfuel.co@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo for damage). See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
