Where's my order? Each item is printed to order, which takes 2–7 business days, and standard US shipping takes another 2–5 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it ships. See our Shipping Policy.

What size should I get? Our crewneck sweatshirts are unisex sizing. Size up for a relaxed, oversized fit. For bandanas and pet hoodies, measure your dog's neck and chest. Everything is in our Size Guide.

My item arrived misprinted or damaged. What now? Sorry about that! Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund. No need to send it back. See our Refund & Return Policy.

How do matching sets work? Pick a design you love, then add the human sweatshirt and the matching dog bandana or pet hoodie in the same design. They're sold separately, so you can choose the right size for each of you. They may arrive in separate packages.
