Orders & production

How long until my order ships? Everything is printed on demand, just for you. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, and then standard US shipping takes 2–5 business days. Plan on about 4–12 business days total, and longer during the holiday rush.

When should I order for Christmas? Check the holiday cutoff dates in our Shipping Policy. Earlier is always safer: the boss chihuahua does not accept "it's stuck in transit" as an excuse.

Where's my order? You'll get a tracking email when it ships. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update. If something looks stuck, email us with your order number.

Can I cancel or change my order? Only before it goes into production, within 12 hours of ordering. Email us ASAP at furfuel.co@gmail.com with your order number.

Do you ship outside the US? Right now we ship within the United States only.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages? Different products (like your sweatshirt and your dog's bandana) can be printed at different facilities, so they may ship separately with separate tracking.

Sizing

How do your sweatshirts fit? They're unisex Gildan 18000 crewnecks with a classic, regular fit. Size up for a relaxed, oversized look. Full measurements are in our Size Guide.

How do I pick my dog's size? Measure your dog's neck (for bandanas) and chest (for hoodies), then use the charts in our Size Guide. The breed quick-pick table is a helpful starting point, but measuring beats guessing.

Do pet hoodies fit big dogs? Our pet hoodies go up to 2XL (chest about 27.6"). Larger breeds like golden retrievers usually fit better in our XL bandana.

Can I exchange for a different size? Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size. Please double-check the Size Guide before ordering.

Returns & problems

My item arrived misprinted, damaged or defective. We'll fix it. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund. You don't need to send it back.

My package never arrived. Check your address and your local post office first. If it's been more than 30 days since it shipped, email us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner and the carrier.

I typed the wrong address! Email us right away. We can fix it if the order hasn't entered production yet. After that, reshipping is at the buyer's cost.

Matching sets

How do matching sets work? Choose a design, then add the human sweatshirt and the matching dog bandana or pet hoodie in the same design. Each piece is sold separately so everyone gets the right size.

Do the human and dog designs look exactly the same? They share the same artwork and theme, adapted to fit each product. The bandana and hoodie versions are sized and arranged for a dog-sized canvas.

Care

How do I wash my sweatshirt? Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F), inside out, and tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron the print and do not dry clean. Use only non-chlorine bleach. A faint smell or light residue on new prints is normal and goes away after the first wash.

How do I wash the pet hoodie and bandana? Pet hoodie: machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F). Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Lay flat or hang to dry. Bandana: gently wipe off dust or dirt with a clean, dry cloth.
